These orange mushrooms look really strange! No way I will eat them! No idea what type they are!

This is a caterpillar. I don't touch or hold them as some can be dangerous to humans. I will, however, take plenty photos! I really don't know much about caterpillars and not sure what this one is? And what it will eventually become.
